PBS Election 2016: How can I join in?

Use the hashtag: #electionPBS
Be sure to use the campaign hashtag, which allows us to pull all your content into the Campaign Connection social hub and promotes the breadth of coverage to the audience. (Remember to use #LocalVotePBS along with the campaign hashtag where possible, so that local elections conversation gets included.)

Join the conversation
Check out the Digital Exclusives page, where you can find the ‘Postcards from the Great Divide,’ a series about demographics and voting habits. Share the show with your audience, especially if you’re based in one of the states featured in the films.

Try out the interactive experiences on the social hub and share them with your audience on social media.

Join the Facebook group
Stay up to date with all the latest news and content being shared locally and nationally by joining the Elections 2016 – Local Station Collab Facebook group and let us know what you’re working on!

Adopt the Bentomatic
Stations can now adopt the full Campaign Connection site as a Bentomatic experience. (It’s also still possible to adopt the simplified Bentomatic version of the homepage.)  Submit requests via the Digital Support Portal. More detailed info for stations here.

Keep us posted:
Email Terry Mulcahy (tdmulcahy@pbs.org) if you have upcoming elections-related content you’d like to have featured on Campaign Connection. We’d be happy to feature you in our partners section and would love for you to place the PBS Elections 2016 logo on your site, with a link to Campaign Connection!
