Get Your Tech On with PBS LearningMedia

Get excited for the return of PBS LearningMedia’s Get Your Tech On initiative, which launched this morning and will support technology and digital resource integration in PreK-12 classrooms across the country. In addition to being this week’s featured content theme, “Get Your Tech On” will continue through 11/30 as PBS LearningMedia’s fall marquis national campaign that includes a sweepstakes (educators will have the chance to win a tablet weekly, plus the grand prize of 30 tablets for their classroom), live educator webinars, highlighted content collections and professional development. If there is a local sweepstakes winner in your area, PBS LearningMedia will contact them and give shared credit to your station, so promoting this initiative is an excellent turnkey way for you to build relationships with and potentially reward local educators. Use the messaging below to draw traffic to the official media advisory. If you’d like additional messaging and digital assets to help spread the word, please reach out to me at mjhammerstrom@pbs.org.
